During my undergraduate design studies at Mackenzie Presbiterian University in São Paulo, Brazil, I discovered a passion for working with graphic design – mostly editorial, packaging and visual identities areas.&nbsp; Through that time, I started working as an intern at Editora Abril, the biggest Brazilian magazine publisher. There, I built my career and became Creative Director of two monthly magazines: Superinteressante and VC S/A. I was able to develop my skills both in the online and print products of those two brands by working in social media projects, print issues, websites, branded content projects and others.&nbsp; I also had the pleasure to have my work recognized by the Bornancini Awards in 2020, the Brazil Design Awards in 2021 and SPD59 Award in 2024. Before Abril, I worked in different departments (such as Marketing or Communications) of several companies, like Sesc (Serviço Social do Comércio), a philanthropic institution that promotes culture and sports in Brazil and is very highly regarded for its work with print design. During my free time, you can find me cuddling with my dog Déco, watching crime series, creating Spotify playlists for fictional parties or reading about feminism and free software. It has 33 years of history, discussing several themes from quantum physics to the history of Brazil. In 1992, the magazine won the José Reis Award for Scientific Dissemination and in 2002, the Malofiej Award granted the title of magazine that best uses infographics in the world. It has 33 years of history, discussing several themes from quantum physics to the history of Brazil. In 1992, the magazine won the José Reis Award for Scientific Dissemination and in 2002, the Malofiej Award granted the title of magazine that best uses infographics in the world. challenge to redesign the magazine's graphic project. In use for more than a decade, the previous design project had a lot of photography, employed a stiff grid, and didn’t have many resources to distinguish stories and sections from each other. Maintaining the monthly releases, the new design project was published in November 2020. Beyond that, it was necessary to modernize and readjust the brand's visual communication to this new moment as a whole, including the digital presence. In addition to approaching personal finances and career development, the magazine now starts to address the financial market and investments as well. The result is a publication and a brand which are now more competitive and more aligned with market's expectations. In 2020, Editora Abril's board (brazilian publisher) set to Você S/A's new design team the challenge to redesign the magazine's design project. In use for more than a decade, the previous one had a lot of photography, employed a stiff grid, and didn’t have many resources to distinguish stories and sections from each other. Maintaining the monthly releases, the new design project was published in November 2020. I had the pleasure to lead this redesign project working along with exquisite brazilian designers Tiago Araújo and Laís Zanocco.&nbsp; Those are some of the covers I did directing numerous
